30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At PAIN MADE PUBLIC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery (or date of purchase for in-store items) to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is in its original, unused condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized/customized goods are not eligible for return.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at zack.binx@painmadepublic.com with your order number.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color, we will ship the replacement out as soon as the original item is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at zack.binx@painmadepublic.com so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.
